(01) The brief
A high-floor apartment with a full wall of glass facing the sea. By day the reflected light was harsh; at night, the marina towers kept the bedroom bright. We installed motorised double tracks throughout: a fine white voile that softens the glare while keeping the view, and a stone blackout behind it for sleep and cooler rooms.
(02) Scope
- 01Motorised double tracks across 7 m of glass
- 02Wave-fold voile sheers, ceiling to floor
- 03Matte blackouts in the living room and bedroom
- 04App and voice control set up on handover
(03) In detail
01
Soft light, full view
The fine voile diffuses the glare off the water without hiding the horizon, falling in identical wave folds on a recessed track.
